Workshops

Knowing what steps we can take to support our mental wellbeing can help us feel better, interact better and have better interactions with the people around us.

Our workshops offer flexible and accessible NHS approved content designed to spark discussion among young people about mental health and emotional wellness supporting a whole school approach to emotionally healthy educational settings.

Our workshops are a combination of engaging, bite sized activities, group discussions, on topics that support successful navigation of self-esteem, confidence, wellness, and wellbeing, worry and unhelpful thoughts, body image, horizon widening, exam stress, the transition to secondary school, and much more.

The workshops support PSHE RHE and RSHE for upper KS2 KS3 KS4 and KS5, offering interactive engaging, and impactful workshops and lessons, to support the emotional and mental health of your young people.

The workshops are delivered in schools, colleges, sixth forms, and universities, covering a plethora of topics helping and supporting the process of building healthy minds, building resilience, and developing confidence.

We are thrilled to have an extensive workshop library, delivering a range of support helping young people make changes in life, improve mental wellbeing, help cope with stress, anxiety depression, and navigate pre-teen and teenage years.

This includes stress control and wellbeing workshops or classes, group coaching, group therapies, or short term one to one work with individual students.
