CALM a small group coaching programme designed to help kids and teens manage anxiety, overwhelm, and silence negative thoughts and unhelpful inner chatter.

Course overview 

Week 1 Welcome

Week 2. Understanding Anxiety

Week 3. Mindfulness

Week 4. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

WEEK 5. Relaxation Techniques

Week 6. Positive Thinking

Week 7. Conclusion

The program will be delivered in person on site, in small group coaching sessions of no more than 6 students. The coach will provide personalised guidance and support to help each participant develop the tools and techniques needed to manage anxiety, silence negative thoughts, reframe their thoughts, and cultivate a sense of calm.
