Think Happy thoughts

Did you know; Happiness is a thought not a feeling? 

Often kids and teens assume happyness is a feeling or a state of mind, rarely noticing that true happiness contentment and joy actually starts with a silent or sometimes unoticed thought.

To be happy you need to be mindful about the type of self talk you have with yourself. Our mind is constantly talking even if we are not speaking. If it's constantly in negative talk mode, living a happy calm life where self regulation is easy to do becomes difficult because thoughts become emotions.

Start controlling your thoughts to take control of your life, try to think positively, and you will notice you will have to put little effort into self regulation and rebalancing your happy.
