From first day of school nerves, engaging in lessons, keeping up with schoolwork, meeting new people, starting a new learning group, afterschool club, or participating in social time activities. For many kids and teens, #stress and #anxiety is completely normal, and many young people will experience it. Often, finding their own coping mechanisms to take control and navigate their way through and overcome daily anxieties, however. Some young people get crippled by fear panic and depleting confidence daily, sadly leading to self-sabotaging behaviors.
